Let’s Collaborate
I work with artists, creatives, and leaders who know that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from strengthening what’s underneath.
People who understand that when the foundation is sound, expansion follows naturally—and without it, growth has to be forced.
This work is for those with the patience and humility to build capacity before chasing scale.
The ways we can work together below reflect different phases of that process, depending on where you are and what your system needs now.

3 sessions · USD $1,500
For new clients onlyA short, transitional space to determine whether this work—and this working relationship—is right.
This container is designed to reduce pressure. The rate is intentionally lower, so you don’t have to make a long-term commitment simply to find out whether the work is useful or whether we work well together.
Across three sessions, we slow things down and look directly at what’s operating beneath the surface—where you feel stuck, conflicted, overextended, or on the edge of something new.
We work with the body and the psyche to identify and shift the unconscious patterns shaping your current reality, easing the friction that’s been keeping new movement out of reach.
What it includes:
Three 90–120 minute 1:1 sessions, with flexibility to support the natural pace of your nervous system and the arc of integration
Valid for three months from the date of purchase
By the end of the three sessions, you can expect:
A clear articulation of what is asking to change and why it keeps showing up now
Greater steadiness in your body when you think about the situation you came in with
At least one concrete shift in how you relate, decide, or respond — something you can name
At the end of the third session, I’ll reflect what I’m seeing.
If continuing makes sense on both sides, I’ll invite you into ongoing work. -
Two sessions per month · $1,800/month
By invitation or referralThis is the main body of the work.
It’s for people who have moved beyond fear and shame-based conditioning disguised as a hunger for “quick fixes,” hacks, or endless self-optimization—and who are ready to grow differently.
This work is for existential athletes: people with a passion for stretching the edges of their personal, professional, and relational evolution for the love of the challenge.
People who understand that the fastest way to move forward is often to slow down; that the straightest path upward runs through depth; and that every new level of responsibility, creativity, or leadership requires revisiting and strengthening the foundations beneath it.
Here, change is built, not chased.
We meet twice a month. That rhythm is intentional. It allows your nervous system to adapt between sessions rather than staying in constant effort or activation. Between sessions, you have asynchronous support so integration continues in real time, not just during calls.
What it includes:
Two extended sessions per month (90–120 minutes each), paced to match your nervous system and the natural arc of integration.
Asynchronous coaching support via Telegram for reflection, questions, and course correction as things land.
A private Notion portal with session recordings, notes, personalized practices, and curated resources.
Complimentary access to my workshops or group offerings that occur during our time together.
Over time, clients typically notice:
Long-standing restrictive personal, professional, and relational patterns losing their charge and predictability.
Greater access to ease and choice under pressure, rather than tension and reactivity.
Increased capacity to stay present, grounded, and curious during difficult conversations or high-stakes decisions.
A clearer sense of direction—not through force or strategy, but because your conscious mind, nervous system, and unconscious material come into coherence.
Structure:
A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
A 6-month commitment is strongly recommended to allow the work to deepen and consolidate.
Ongoing work continues in 3- or 12-month increments, by mutual agreement. -
Weekly sessions · $2,800/month
By invitation onlyThis container is for periods when the pace has increased and the stakes get real.
Weekly work is recommended for when you’re carrying significant responsibility while something fundamental is changing—increased visibility, leadership, creative reinvention, or the restructuring of a core relationship or identity.
The aim here isn’t urgency. It’s continuity.
We meet every week to maintain orientation while pressure is high. Between sessions, you have access to asynchronous coaching over Telegram so you’re not holding decisions, reactions, or consequences alone as they arise.
This level of support is designed for people who already understand the value of depth work—and who need steadiness, not stimulation, as they move through consequential change.
What it includes:
Up to 5 extended sessions per month (90–120 minutes each), paced to match your nervous system and the natural arc of integration.
Asynchronous coaching support via Telegram for reflection, questions, and course correction as things land.
A private Notion portal with session recordings, notes, personalized practices, and curated resources.
Complimentary access to my workshops or group offerings that occur during our time together.
Over time, this container supports:
Greater psycho-emotional and physiological agility in contexts that previously led to shutdown, overwhelm, or collapse.
The ability to take larger or more visible risks without burning out or self-abandoning.
Expanded personal, professional, and relational capacity as energy bound in outdated survival patterns is integrated and freed for creative use.
Sustained emotional and energetic steadiness in public-facing or high-responsibility roles.
Structure:
3-month minimum commitment.
Ongoing work continues by mutual agreement.
Interested in working together?
We begin with a conversation to assess fit—for the work and for the working relationship.
This is a complimentary exploration call, not a sales call. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether working together makes sense.
If it does, we’ll discuss how to proceed. If it doesn’t, you’ll leave with clarity.
